We're seeking a detail-oriented team-player to source resumes for our client's employment opportunities.  The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ experience sourcing candidates from resume databases (Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and the ability to develop and implement out-of-the-box recruiting strategies.

You should be able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently under minimal supervision and interact professionally with clients and staff. Solid organizational, client service and PC skills and a strong sense of immediacy is essential. Prior experience recruiting accounting/CPA professionals is a plus.

We’re looking for high-energy people who can convince busy financial advisors to take a recruiting call from one of our prestigious clients. It may sound easy, but it’s surprisingly challenging! Only VERY smart, tenacious, persuasive, results-driven people will succeed. Strong listening skills are the key!
