    You provide the information we need to truly understand your opening (ideally, this includes a discussion with the hiring manager).
    We create a compelling advertising campaign and media schedule designed to attract top candidates. Once the ad runs, we review the responses, weed out unqualified candidates and forward resumes of matched candidates.
    Telephone screening begins. Responses are supplemented with résumé mining (if necessary).
    In approximately 3-4 weeks, we present 3-5 qualified candidates who understand and are interested in your opportunity. Oftentimes, you end up hiring more than one candidate.
    You receive our bill and smile, noting that it’s probably one-third to one-quarter what you would have paid a headhunter. We become what we said we’d be...a true extension of your Human Resources Department.
