Screen & Interview - We conduct preliminary phone screens with all qualified candidates to ascertain their level of interest and their potential to successfully fill the position. We then conduct in-depth behavioral interviews with the most promising candidates.
Presentation & Follow Through - In a surprisingly short amount of time, we present a short list of qualified candidates who know and understand your opportunity and are interested in taking it. We provide hands-on assistance through the remainder of the hiring process. Oftentimes, you end up hiring more than one of the candidates that we presented.
