- Permanent part-time position with flexible daytime hours (no weekends).
- Work from our Mahwah, NJ office with option to work hybrid upon completion of training.
- $22+ per hour to start; $25 per hour upon completion of training.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Some might call it Lead Generator or Appointment Setter. We call it Account Executive to reflect the caliber of candidate (smart, gritty, determined, persistent) we need to persuade busy financial advisors to speak with our clients regarding career opportunities available at their firms. It’s high-volume outbound calling and not easy…but it is challenging and rewarding. No wonder so many of our AEs have been with us so long!
ABOUT YOU
A natural conversationalist, you possess an engaging phone personality and previous cold calling, direct sales, and/or account management experience in a client-facing environment. You’re seeking a part-time professional career, not just a job. You thrive on multi-tasking, can think on your feet, and know how to work independently. MS Office proficiency and enthusiasm about learning new programs, skills, and terminologies are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; CRM experience is a plus.
